Excellent service, very friendly and my gosh, what a selection of beautiful furniture. We love our new chairs in our new space. The delivery guys really knew their stuff and placed the chairs exactly where we wanted them. It's a showroom like no other, I would highly recommend this amazing store.

Excellent experience from first stepping through the Midfurn store doors to view electric recliner chairs to actually taking delivery. Jeremy and his team were very helpful with product information, no pressure selling and even tea and biscuits included whilst we tested the various chairs. Delivery was as agreed with friendly office staff and the chairs were delivered on time by two very efficient and helpful guys and I cannot praise them highly enough. All in all a very satisfactory transaction.

Bought 3 kitchen stools for nearly £400 after going to shop several times to see them. At no point did assistants explain they come in different heights. When I told them they were too high for our standard height kitchen island they didn't want to know. When I asked if they could arrange for them to be cut to height, they didn't want to know. Abysmal customer service.

Visited today great selection of furniture. Chose a Parker Knoll leather sofa, which had a large poster above stating that we could get a 3seater for the price of 2-seater and we could up- power meaning we get a powered recliner. We were good to go as we had been helped by Sarah, so friendly and very helpful, then we met Jeremy!!! Aggressive, bolshy and very loud, we heard him making a deal with a couple from the other side of the showroom. He turned up we asked for the deal posted above the sofa we had chosen to which he ripped it of the ceiling hanger and told Sarah to get rid of it, it’s a mistake, a big mistake. We asked him to honour it. He wouldn’t honour or offer something in its place so we left. It was quite traumatic dealing with this man- we went to another store who gave us the same deal a bit cheaper - good luck!!

Amazing Showroom with so much choice, particularly the new Natuzzi showroom. Looked after brilliantly by Jeremy and the team. No pressure and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Quality furniture, at a fair price. Some reviewers have commented on the quality of the customer service, which I can't believe, as I can't fault it. The guys have always been helpful and tolerant of my indecisiveness. This is a big store, and it's full of high quality, well designed furniture sourced from around the world, that in itself should be commended!! They'll have what you need, even if you don't know what that is yet...

This is a great furniture store with a fabulous large range of quality furniture to suit all styles. Jez and the team were so friendly and helpful. The great customer service continued through to the delivery with the very helpful guys that turned up on time with every thing exactly as promised. We are so pleased with our sofa and chairs so we will definitely be returning and highly recommend Midfurn.
